What drives us?  What compels us to invest our time, treasure, and energy into investing into the spiritual lives of university students, staff, and faculty? To join students for prayer at 7 AM? To host a small group at 10 PM?  To answer that text that arrives after midnight?

 A heart for the lost is the driving force to reaching every college student and faculty with the message of God's love and forgiveness.  Our staff team holds the unwavering belief that God is willing and able (see our core value of expectancy) to reach every person on every campus.

There is tremendous competition for the minds and hearts of students.  How they are influenced in college will most likely affect them for the rest of their lives.  In the face of intense cultural ideologies, we are seeing God bring increasing numbers of people into a relationship with Himself.    Our desire is to reach the powerful 1 percent, the 100 million college students of the world with the message of Christ.  God has placed our staff team here to help reach the 27,000 students, 12,000 staff, and more than 2000 faculty of the University of Kentucky.

 Our desire is to see lives changed by the good news of God's provision of grace through Jesus Christ.  As lives our changed, we help people grow in their relationship with God by creating life-changing community, offering mentoring relationships, helping them apply the Bible to their lives, and teaching them to tell others about Christ.  Our team arrived here by different means, but we work together towards these ends.  You can read more about our individual stories by clicking on a staff member's name to the left.
